Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk for an opportunity in Gardena, CA within a logistics and transportation environment. This role is ideal for a dependable administrative professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys supporting shipment activity, preparing accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

The Office Clerk will play an important role in keeping daily logistics operations organized by processing work orders, coordinating truck pickup appointments, and sending shipment receiving and ship-out reports. Key Responsibilities
- Process work order documentation accurately based on client shipment requirements.
- Coordinate truck pickup appointments and support daily logistics scheduling needs.
- Prepare and send shipment receiving reports and ship-out reports to clients.
- Maintain organized records related to shipments, work orders, and transportation activity.
- Communicate professionally with team members, drivers, and client contacts as needed.
- Support general office and logistics administration to help ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process and maintain work order documentation for client shipments.
- Coordinate truck pickup appointments and support shipment scheduling.
- Prepare shipment receiving and ship-out reports for clients.
- Support daily administrative functions within a logistics office environment.
- 1 to 2 years of office, clerical, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to enter, update, and manage shipment information.
- Ability to create work orders based on client shipment requirements.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and reports.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively in a busy logistics environment.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage routine tasks with consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, transportation, freight, shipping, receiving, or logistics office environment.
- Experience coordinating pickup appointments or supporting shipment documentation.
- Familiarity with work orders, shipment reports, or client service communication.
